Yes. Reborn uses Apple’s Screen Time controls, so supported restrictions can stay active after you close the app. You need iOS 16 or later and must grant Screen Time permission.
What can I block?
You can filter adult websites, restrict apps you select, and use Night Mode to apply your chosen restrictions from 10 PM to 6 AM.
What happens if I relapse?
You can record it, reset the current counter, and write about what happened. Your earlier progress stays in your history.
