Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you access or use Reborn, getreborn.app, and related services operated by FreedomGrid. By using the service, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Reborn provides

Reborn is a self-management and accountability app with features that may include adult-site filtering, selected-app restrictions, scheduled Screen Time protection, streak tracking, daily check-ins, 24-hour pledges, journals, progress analytics, urge-support tools, and a user community. Features can change as the product develops.

Screen Time protection requires a supported iPhone, a compatible iOS version, and permission you grant through Apple. You are responsible for selecting and enabling the restrictions that fit your plan. Reborn cannot promise that every website, app, browser, or route to content will be blocked.

3. Accounts and community

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access to your device and account secure. Community content must not be illegal, threatening, abusive, sexually explicit, exploitative, deceptive, or infringe another person’s rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

Do not publish private recovery details you are not comfortable sharing with other community members.

4. Subscriptions

Reborn is free to download and requires a subscription for app access. Prices, trial terms, billing periods, and included features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings within the period Apple specifies. Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies.

5. Health disclaimer

Reborn provides self-management, educational, and accountability tools. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, psychotherapy, emergency support, or a guarantee that you will stop any behavior. Speak with a qualified professional if pornography use is causing significant distress or disruption. If you may harm yourself or another person, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service immediately.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, scrape or redistribute private content, evade safety or moderation controls, reverse engineer the service where prohibited, or use it for an unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

Reborn’s software, branding, design, and original content are owned by FreedomGrid or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights to content you create, while granting us the limited rights needed to host, display, moderate, and operate that content as part of the service.

8. Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect blocking, permanent storage, specific recovery outcomes, or compatibility with every device or operating-system version.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreedomGrid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Ending use and changes

You may stop using Reborn and delete your account. We may suspend access when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement. We may update these terms and will revise the date above; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply where permitted.
